Good old days

I miss the good old days of Fedora. Days when we had people that were more interested in getting things done than arguing tiny details that don't matter. Times when we had heated arguments to determine the best solution, not to see who could send the most emails or who could be the snarkiest.

I miss reading posts, thoughts, and proposals for people like gregdek, knurd, and jeremy. There are still people I enjoy interacting with, and topics that I find interesting, but they are harder and harder to come by.

Mostly I think I miss being naive enough to find working on Fedora to be fun. I read the lists now and see work, tediousness, and people being posturing assholes.

Sigh.
